tefl.com has international citycost guide which is great information, though i dont know how accurate it is. But as long as I know how much the coffee, beer and housing is i could give a fuck about the cost of pears and flour. Vientiane and Buenos Aires—both high on my list of places to go and possibly live—both seem fairly affordable, which is good news for me. Because i would hate to go to those places just to be in the rat race.
